This house, built in the late 1970’s, was full of many original details. We salvaged and reused many of the light fixtures as they were really nice, but the shag carpeting had to go! Mimimal structural changes as the original layout was already super functional. A full basement remodel rounded out this reno project. Scroll to the end for some before pictures!
