This was a development by Landrex Ventures, a boutique real estate developer located in Edmonton, AB. The Multi-Family town house project is located in a North Erin Ridge in St. Albert, AB. I joined the team as their eyes for the interior design of the space selecting finishes and planning for the final staging of the show home. Since this was a major project for the team, the use of bright colors reflected their energy and excitement over this project.
